We already have more than 100 volunteers who have been trained and are now actively supporting young people on a regular basis. But we always need more! So if you are over 18 (or 21 for Mentoring) and keen to make a difference to the lives of young people in Manchester please read on.

How Do I Volunteer?How do I become a volunteer? At Boomerang we are always looking for volunteers. Apply to become one now to gain some valuable work experience - and the satisfaction of helping others. To help guide you through the application process please refer to the steps below.
Once you have reviewed the Volunteer Opportunities section below, have selected the opportunity of interest, and you meet all requirements; please follow the instructions listed for next steps. STEP ONE: Complete and Send Volunteer Application Application forms can be emailed to [email protected], posted or handed in at reception.We will reply to you usually within a week. STEP TWO: Interview Attending an interview If there is a suitable vacancy for you, you will be asked to attend a brief interview.
